SWEB Energy

South Western Electricity Board (SWEB) was a Regional Electricity Company,
owned by the British state, operating in South West England. It became a private
company in and was bought by Southern Company during 1995. The company was
again sold to the French owned EDF Energy during 2003and was formally merged
with EDF Energy during 2006 along with Seeboard energy and London Energy.
