The packages comprise of Electricity Domestic Standard, Electricity Economy or Gas
Standard.

If your consumption is very little, where electricity is used only during the night better
to select to Domestic Standard

If the house hold use over 15% of their consumption at night, the supplier gives a
discount for 7 hours each night. This facility may be utilised by selecting Electricity
Economy.

Gas Standard is suitable for all homes with mains gas. In this package the charges are at
unit rate and there is a service charge on daily basis.

There is also a Nil Service Charge for those who only wish to pay for the units they have
actually used. There are three types of rates viz. primary, secondary and follow-on.

Billing and payments:

The company offers one month’s free energy for customers who sign up to Atlantic
online and opt to pay by direct debit. They also offer an e-billing service, allowing
you to manage bills and submit meter readings online.
